Micheal A. DeCoria has acquired experience and skills that are both extensive and varied. His public accounting experience includes a total of eight years in senior management positions with Coopers & Lybrand in Spokane and Ernst & Young in Seattle. R. Maichel CPA, CIA began his public accounting career with Coopers & Lybrand in Spokane. After six years of servicing notable companies throughout the Northwest, Jeff's career continued as a finance executive with a publicly held mining company headquartered in Spokane, and later as president and principal of a successful real-estate development company. Jeff's area of expertise focuses on the complex realm of securities accounting in the manufacturing and natural resource industries. With over 20 years experience in the SEC arena, Jeff's services prove invaluable to entities operating in the challenging area of public company reporting. Licensed in four western states, Jeff is a proud member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute for Internal Auditors, the Washington State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the of Society of Mining and Exploration.
David
W. Teague's business experience started at 18, when he worked as
general manager of a retail facility for six years. In 1981, he became
a CPA, and joined Coopers & Lybrand LLP where, over the next ten years,
he rose to the level of senior manager, with full responsibility for all
services provided to some of the largest companies in the Northwest. In
1990, Dave formed his own accounting firm, Spencer & Teague. This successful
practice focused on delivering a complete range of personalized services
to small and medium businesses. Dave ventured into private industry in 1994,
where he served as CFO of a group of high-tech communication companies for three years.
The breadth of Dave's 23 years of experience, from starting and operating
a small business to serving as CPA for multinational public companies, make
